Barista Full Time at Stellar Brew

$21-$28 / hour. (Base wage $18.50-$20 + tips average $8 / hour). Flexible scheduling.

Stellar Brew & Natural Cafe in Mammoth Lakes, CA is looking for a Barista to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working, and will contribute to the positive and fun working environment we strive to create.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks & smoothies
• Run cash register and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Stock and prep
• Work hard while having fun

Qualifications

• Barista / Smoothie experience preferred (not required)
• Customer service experience required
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Most importantly, a positive attitude
