Barista (Full time & Part time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled/experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment proficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Upsell products and suggest additional items to customers

Experience
- Previous experience in a café or coffee shop is required

- Baking experience is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
