About Zozo Coffee

Zozo Coffee is building a premium café experience in Multan. We are looking for a highly skilled Barista Head to lead coffee operations, standardize recipes, and build a strong barista team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily barista operations and café workflow
• Develop and standardize coffee recipes & beverage menu
• Create new drinks, seasonal specials, and signature items
• Ensure consistent coffee quality, taste, and presentation
• Train, supervise, and evaluate barista staff
• Assist in barista hiring and team building
• Manage inventory, coffee beans, and equipment usage
• Maintain hygiene, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Improve customer experience and service quality
• Support management in café growth strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in café / specialty coffee industry
• Prior experience in Tim Hortons, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, or similar brands preferred
• Strong expertise in:
• Espresso-based drinks
• Manual brewing methods
• Coffee recipes & menu development
• Experience in barista training & team leadership
• Strong understanding of costing & beverage standardization
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Immediate joining preferred
