Revive Coffee is a small - family owned business in Tacoma, WA. We are friendly, fast-paced and our goal is to offer our customers a great place to start their day. We are a double window coffee stand.

Barista

We are looking for a motivated, experienced & reliable barista. Someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude and an inviting presence.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments using the Clover POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Cash handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Sales: Strong sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue
- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
- POS (Point of Sale) systems: Experience using Clover POS or similar systems preferred
- Food preparation: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques for beverages and light snacks
- Coffee: Familiarity with different coffee brewing methods and ability to make quality espresso-based drinks
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Helpfulness: Willingness to assist customers with any inquiries or concerns

Pay: $17.13 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
