Barista / Host - BA (Bellevue)

Pay: $21/hr base + tips (typically $25–28/hr total)

BA is an artisan bakery devoted to the craft of baking and specialty coffee. With over a decade of refinement and more than 50 locations worldwide, we’re now proud to be soft-opening our first U.S. flagship in Bellevue, pairing world-class breads and pastries with exceptional coffee.

We’re hiring a Barista who genuinely loves people. If you’re the kind of person who naturally talks to guests, remembers faces, and enjoys making someone’s day better, you’ll fit in here.

You’ll host guests, take orders, craft drinks, keep the bar flowing, and help create a welcoming guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience in a high-volume, specialty coffee environment
• Proficiency in dialing-in espresso, latte art, and milk texturing
• Strong communication skills and comfort working collaboratively during peak hours
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast
• Valid Washington State Food Handler Card
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (milk crates, coffee bags)
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
