What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality
• Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffees, and other menu items following recipes and portion standards
• Deliver orders quickly and accurately, keeping quality and presentation top of mind
• Educate guests on ingredients, nutritional benefits, and retail products (samples encouraged!)
• Enter orders in our POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
• Keep workstations, retail displays, and service areas stocked, clean, and organized
• Support teammates by pitching in where needed to keep the shift running smoothly
• Follow safety and sanitation standards — “clean as you go” is the rule

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, approachable personality and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
• Reliability, integrity, and solid time-management skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new skills
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Hours of Operation

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

(We’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits within these hours.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and high quality products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain calm and focused under pressure, and work collaboratively with others.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
