What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Barista Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our coffee shop runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile (and their favorite brew in hand). Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care. - Provide excellent customer service. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers - Monitor inventory and ensure the café is fully stocked and operational.

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

We’re seeking someone who can bring both coffee expertise and leadership to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - At least 1 year of barista experience (leadership experience is a plus!). - Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
