Pay Range: Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.
As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering a welcoming and efficient café experience. This position involves preparing beverages and food items, assisting guests with their orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Accurately enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card transactions
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests, creating a positive and engaging experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, following all company and regulatory standards
- Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow during busy periods
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while preparing and serving products
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership
