Yeti's Grind has a few openings for high quality, year round team members in our Vail, Edwards and West Vail locations. Do you love great coffee and food? Are you self motivated and interested in being part of a fast-paced team in a fun, customer focused setting? We are seeking a few energetic, hospitality oriented people to join our team.

Entry starts at $25+ an hour (including tips) with opportunities to move into leadership positions at $60-80K+ Prefer at least 1 year in food and bev, so if you've got it, that's a plus, but no experience is necessary.

Responsibilities include:

*Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, matcha, tea, toast, and additional food and drinks with attention to detail and care.

*Get to know our community and create great experiences while taking orders and making their favorite drinks and food.

*Maintain a clean and organized workspace

*Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service

*Learn about coffee offerings and share your knowledge with customers

Qualifications:

*Previous Barista experience is a plus, but not required

*Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn

*Excellent communication and customer service skills

*Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

*Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

*Desire to be a long term team member, not seasonal
