Barista + Manager for Organic Juice + Coffee Shop Oak Hill Area

Pay: $17 per hour plus tips

Job description:

Hello! We are Alchemy Organics (alchemyorganics.com), and we are hiring a manager and barista for our Oak Hill location where we serve 100% organic juice + conscious coffee drinks and lattes. Responsibilities include food preparation and light sandwiches.

Hours can be up to 40 hours per week. Cafe is open from 9am - 5pm.

This small cafe is inside our juice kitchen. We attract commuters and drivers along 290 plus the local residents. This is a chance to take ownership of a growing cafe and building a following while watching consistent growth. There are also administrative duties within the juice kitchen. This is an independant opportunity as well as being part of an awesome and knowledgable team.

The barista and manager would be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers as a barista
• Make all drinks and sandwiches correctly while maintaining the integrity of the product as well as the expectations of the customer
• Check in with the team on Telegram group chats throughout the day to maintain communication between the cafe, kitchen, and employer/employees
• Making barista schedules
