Bean & Biscuit Coffee Co. is looking for upbeat, friendly staff! We’re a growing mobile coffee trailer serving events all around Western Mass, and we want team members who are excited to grow with us from the start.

Barista Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead trailer operations during events
• Support and guide 0-2 team members during shifts
• Maintain strong customer service and team energy
• Prepare drinks and assist with event setup/breakdown
• Help keep operations running smoothly when the owner is not onsite
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, lemonades, and specialty beverages
• Interact with customers in a fun, welcoming way
• Help set up and break down events
• Keep the trailer clean and organized
• Create a great experience for every customer

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Weekend-heavy
• A few hours per shift/event
• Flexible scheduling based on events and bookings
