WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

How do you start the Post Milk Generation in Saudi Arabia? We have a few ideas and oats are a big part of our solution. But so are you!

As Barista Market Developer, you will be responsible for establishing Oatly Barista
Edition as the No.1 dairy free alternative in the coffee channel. You will have great knowledge of coffee shops in Saudi Arabia and establish strong relationships to drive awareness and trial of Oatly. You will use this network of credible and influential people you meet to spread the word and love for Oatly. You will represent the brand flawlessly and show real commitment to our company values with positive energy and a deep product knowledge.

Here’s the main elements of the role...

• Create, lead and execute the development strategy for Oatly Barista Edition

• Identify and create genuine strong relationships which lead to mutually
  beneficially outcomes for Oatly and the top tier independent coffee shop

• Collect insight from the market about our products performance and share
  with the innovation team in order to improve our product performance

• Monitor our competitors and sharing insight about movements and create an action plan

• Create an Oatly network through building relationships, visiting coffee houses and roasters, and creating partnerships and meaningful relationships with customers, partners and the International Markets and global BMD team

• Encourage the understanding of how sustainability impacts the coffee industry

• Assist with the execution of larger events across Saudi Arabia and be flawless in representing the brand (by being yourself)

In this role, you will report to our BMD Manager and the location for this role is remote in Saudi Arabia.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

We are looking for you who have a solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience as well as a deep understanding of how the coffee industry works in your areas and in Saudi Arabia. You believe in the company
mission and our role in advancing those goals - building a company committed to
sustainability, superior nutritional health, and trust.

Other key competencies & experiences:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with specialty coffee

• Have a strong coffee community within the specialty coffee scene in Riyadh

• A self-starter who doesn’t need direct supervision to motivate you for success

• Ready to make your mark in a smaller, growing brand leveraging your experience to deliver amazing results and build an outstanding company

• Being comfortable covering distance by car
