Barista & Matcha Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Barista & Matcha Specialist with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in specialty coffee and matcha preparation. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, consistency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high‑quality coffee, matcha drinks, and specialty beverages

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed

Manage daily bar operations, stock, and cleanliness

Provide excellent customer service

Follow hygiene and safety standards

Support new menu development (matcha drinks, signature beverages)

Requirements:

3–5 years experience as a Barista (specialty coffee preferred)

Strong knowledge of matcha preparation and techniques

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and attention to detail

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
