Barista - Nepaliiii

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Barista with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, including proficiency in specialty coffee and manual brewing methods (e.g., V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.). You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and customer experience are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage knowledgeably about coffee with guests.
• Support teammates and contribute positively to the shop's culture and workflow.
• Be proactive in identifying areas that need attention, even beyond your assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and brewing techniques.
• Comfortable with dial-in, calibration, and espresso machine maintenance.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Friendly, humble, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
