Barista (Outdoor)

Counter Sales/Barista must follow the direction of his / her immediate Direction and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Promote products effectively and provide detailed product information.

· Upsell products and drive sales targets.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and timely manner.

Kiosk/Stall Management:

· Set up and arrange products at the stall, ensuring a neat, organized, and appealing display.

· Ensure stock is always replenished and well-maintained throughout the day.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall area.

Transaction Handling:

· Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.

· Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and provide change.

· Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and inventory.

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

· Monitor stock levels and communicate any restocking needs to the supervisor.

· Assist in stocktaking and inventory management.

· Report any issues or customer feedback to management.

Market Awareness:

· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Help attract customers through engaging sales tactics and effective marketing strategies
