Barista (part-time)

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The barista provides exceptional service for all guest by taking orders, processing payments, and serving guests at the counter, table or drive through. This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience is had by all guests. The barista is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences.

ESSSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Demonstrates passion and genuine care for all aspects of a guest’s experience, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Owns all aspects guest’s experience from beginning to end, while ensuring satisfaction throughout and adjusting when necessary
• Works in an organized and clean fashion with the utmost respect for guests, teammates, equipment, and workspace to create lasting impressions and strong relationships with the team and our guests
• Ensures products are served at peak quality
• Responsible for ensuring money is accurately accounted for and turned in
• Communicates effectively with other co-workers and departments to ensure all guests receive their food and beverage as ordered, and in a timely fashion
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
• Willing to assist in other areas of the department as needed, including but not limited to, Banquets, Restaurants or Bar.
  
  
  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• 1-year relevant experience preferred
