Barista (Part-time)

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at Caesera within the Rayland Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role will provide dynamic service to both guests of the hotel and The Dalles community.

Seeking someone looking for part-time weekends and mornings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee beverages, and other beverages to customers.
• Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
• Prepare and serve food to customers following the instructions provided
• Take customer orders and handle transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner
• Manage inventory for Basecamp
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to stand for 6 - 8 hours per day, bend, stoop, and crouch
• Handles cleaning chemicals
• Available weekends and holidays
