Position: Part-time Barista

$12-16/Hour

Location: Olala French Café – Nashville, TN

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista to join our French café in Nashville. This role combines coffee service, customer experience, and front-of-house responsibilities in a warm and elegant environment. Starting date April 15th

Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday Morning

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items according to our standards
• Welcome customers, take orders, handle cash and card payments, and manage the POS accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times
• Clear tables promptly to ensure a pleasant customer experience
• Ensure all products are properly displayed, stocked, and attractively presented in the display case
• Regularly check that all necessary products and supplies are available throughout service
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
• Ensuring work place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization and communication
• Comfortable handling cash and point-of-sale systems
• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in French café culture is a plus
