Barista - Part Time

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, and ready to eat foods to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and handle transactions using a POS system
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail

• Previous experience in food service or coffee preparation preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting
