3CAT Handcrafted Beverage is a fast-growing, innovative boba brand dedicated to crafting high-quality drinks and providing exceptional customer experiences. We pride ourselves on creativity, authenticity, and delivering the best handcrafted beverages to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including boba teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain high standards of drink quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Take orders efficiently and operate the POS system accurately.
• Assist with daily store operations, including stocking ingredients, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and assist with promotional events or new product launches as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, coffee, or boba industry is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for handcrafted beverages and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
