Barista - Prineville

Prineville Coffee Company is hiring a Fun, Energetic, Rock Star personality to work as a Barback/Barista. Looking for someone who has some personality and likes to have fun! Who wants a job, and is wanting to work. This job is fun, but it does require you to work- Preference is given to those with prior experience but will train the right person. We are not looking for someone who is going to be here a month or two, we are looking to grow our team.

Weekend availability is a must.

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash management.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.05 - $28.00 per hour
