About us Padel One is a premium padel and wellness club based in Dubai Investment Park. We offer a high-end, community-driven experience combining sport, hospitality and quality service to a diverse international clientele.

The role We are looking for a full-time Barista & Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid position combines coffee and light beverage service with reception and member-facing responsibilities. The role replaces a current part-time arrangement and is designed for a candidate looking for stability, a clear schedule, and a long-term role within a growing club.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, juices and light beverages at our café area, maintaining consistent quality and presentation
• Welcome members, guests and visitors warmly at reception
• Manage check-ins, court bookings and walk-in enquiries through our reservation system
• Handle payments at POS and ensure end-of-shift cash reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting front-of-house area at all times
• Coordinate with coaches, members and the operations team to ensure smooth daily flow
• Support the club's small retail / pro shop when needed
• Promote our memberships, packages and events to visitors

Profile we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, F&B or front-desk roles (barista background is a strong plus)
• Comfortable using coffee machines and preparing specialty drinks
• Warm, professional and customer-oriented attitude
• Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable with booking software, POS systems and basic admin tools
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work shifts including weekends and evenings
• Already based in the UAE
