Barista – (Retaj Hotels & Hospitality)

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality manages hotel properties and real estate projects aligned with Islamic hospitality standards.

As part of the Food & Beverage (F&B) team, a Barista in Retaj hotels is responsible for preparing beverages and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)

Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment

Take guest orders and provide recommendations

Ensure high-quality presentation and taste consistency

Maintain cleanliness of the café/bar area

Handle cash/POS transactions

Follow hygiene, food safety, and hotel service standards

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff

Requirements:

Experience as a barista or in F&B service (preferred)

Knowledge of coffee preparation and machine handling

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
