Barista + Roastery Operations Specialist (Part Time)

As a Barista + Roastery Operations Specialist at Lizzy’s Fresh Coffee, you’ll craft delicious drinks, guide customers to their perfect roasted coffee, and help them discover the brewing gear, mugs, and accessories that make coffee at home just as fun as visiting us.

We’ll train you in everything from espresso to pour-over — no prior coffee experience needed. What matters most is a genuine love for people, proven ability to learn, and enthusiasm for sharing great coffee, along with a detail-oriented, process-focused mindset that ensures every drink and interaction is top quality.

Lizzy's is an award-winning coffee roastery, located in Ketchum, Idaho. We roast to order from world's best coffees and ship nationwide to retail and wholesale customers. Our roasterie production operation boasts a morning coffee bar as well as retail store. Our team is small, nimble and focused on producing the best quality products with customer service to match. Job Details

• Schedule: Hourly 3-5 days per week, Monday-Friday ~16-20hours
• Shift Hour Examples: 7am-12:30pm, 8am-11am, 9am-1pm
• Location: Ketchum, Idaho
• Starting Salary: $26/hr plus tips
• Start Date: Month of May
• 6 annual paid company holiday

Core tasks:

Morning coffee bar & retail customer service. Customer kindness, order taking, roasted coffee & equipment sales, & drink preparation. Will be trained on current best practices in coffee preparation to become a top-level barista and all-things-Lizzy's expert. Bar hours 8-11am.
