Barista / Sales Associate

Happy Cake is looking for a reliable and friendly Barista / Sales Associate to join our team in Sugar Land.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare coffee drinks and other beverages

- Assist customers and process orders through the POS system

- Sell cakes and desserts

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café

- Restock products, ingredients, and supplies

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain basic inventory records

- Follow food safety and sanitation standards

- Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties

Requirements:

- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

- Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred

- Previous café, bakery, or food service experience required
