Barista & Server – Hookah Lounge and Café

We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to support daily operations at our hookah lounge café. This role combines barista service, guest support, and front-of-house responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, smoothies, mocktails, and other café drinks
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately using POS
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming lounge environment
• Deliver food and drinks to tables as needed
• Assist guests with menu questions (coffee, desserts, food, and hookah options)
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and service area
• Restock supplies and help with opening/closing tasks

Qualifications:

• Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced lounge environment
• Basic barista or café experience preferred (training available)
• Comfortable handling cash/POS transactions
• Evening and weekend availability preferred

Someone who enjoys working with people, can learn drink preparation quickly, and helps create a relaxed, upscale lounge experience for guests.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
