Help Wanted: Kitchen Team Member (Scratch Kitchen Café)

We’re a small, locally owned café looking for someone who loves working in the kitchen and takes pride in making food the right way—from scratch.

At our café, we don’t cut corners. We make our own salad dressings, soups, pastries, and more. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients and being part of a hands-on, hardworking kitchen team, you’ll fit right in.

This role is primarily kitchen-focused, with occasional help up front during busy moments. Barista training is available, but your home base will be the kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep and prepare fresh, made-from-scratch menu items
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Follow food safety standards and care about quality
• Help out with customers or register when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
• Someone who enjoys cooking, learning, and staying busy
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed

Bonus if you’re interested in learning coffee or expanding your skills across the café.
