Summary

As a Barista at Bebettes, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding coffee experiences to our customers. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
