Barista Shift Leader

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist in training new staff members on beverage preparation and customer service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service management is preferred.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in food production or restaurant settings is advantageous.
• A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
