Barista Shift Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to join our vibrant team! As a key leader during your shift, you will inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills, oversee daily operations, and ensure food safety standards are met—all while fostering a lively and positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Making Italian Ices daily.
• Lead and motivate the shift team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied
• Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, cash handling using POS systems such.
• Manage food safety protocols and ensure proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout your shift
• Assist with training new team members on making treat techniques, serving procedures, and POS systems
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Support sales goals by promoting menu items and upselling products to enhance revenue
• Need to be flexible with scheduling and avaliable evenings especially weekends

Experience

• Proven leadership skills with ability to lead a team during shifts
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and register reconciliation
