Knoops is a premium chocolate drinks concept that started in the U.K. and is now opening its first U.S. locations in Utah. Built around a unique percentage-based chocolate menu, Knoops allows customers to fully customize their chocolate drinks (hot, iced, frozen) through a process we call Knoopology- exploring a wide range of chocolates, milks, and mix-ins to discover their perfect drink and create a one-of-a-kind experience.

We’re looking for Team Leaders who are passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable customer experiences and rituals for customers. We want people who can support and develop a team while helping create an environment that is positive, fast-paced, and customer-focused.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour plus tips

Role Responsibilities

• Help run effective and efficient shifts while supporting daily store operations
• Work alongside the AGM and Store Manager to support team performance, KPI goals, and overall store operations
• Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable customer experiences
• Craft premium chocolate drinks, coffee, tea, shakes, and ice cream products with consistency and attention to detail
• Help coach, support, and recognize team members while contributing to a positive work environment
• Open and close the store while helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Help ensure team members are following company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Bring Happiness to customers through customized craft chocolate drinks.
• Exceptional customer service and leadership skills with the ability to create welcoming and memorable customer experiences
• Reliable, responsible, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work additional hours during peak seasons when needed
• Passion for hospitality, chocolate, and growing with the Knoops brand
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and operational consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Food Handler Permit required or ability to obtain one before starting
• Previous leadership, barista, or food service experience preferred
