Barista Shift Leader

We’re looking for a skilled, energetic barista to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience across our full menu — from specialty espresso to handcrafted desserts. This is more than pulling shots: you’ll be a key part of a growing concept, helping set the standard and shape the culture as we build toward future locations.

What You’ll Do

Craft our menu with care. Prepare and present a wide range of items to a consistently high standard, including:

• Specialty coffee and espresso beverages
• Refreshers and teas
• Shakes and smoothies
• Gelato
• Crepes and dessert offerings

Own quality and presentation. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across every item that leaves the counter.

Run the front of house. Operate the Toast POS system, take orders, and handle cashier duties with speed and accuracy.

Deliver standout service. Create a warm, welcoming experience that keeps customers coming back.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume café
• Confidence taking orders and working a POS / cashier system accurately
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional presence
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• A motivated, reliable team player who takes initiative

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
