About the Role

As a Barista at FreeForm, you are responsible for executing daily café operations at a high level, with a focus on beverage quality, customer experience, and team support.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values consistency, and is motivated to grow within a structured system of training and development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: Starting at $16.25/hour
• Tips: Average $10–15/hour
• Total Compensation: Typically $25–35/hour depending on season and shifts

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso and coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Deliver warm, efficient, and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the café
• Support team operations across bar, register, and cleaning responsibilities
• Follow established systems and workflows for daily operations
• Continue developing coffee knowledge and service skills

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-volume environment
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Clear communication and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds
• Availability between 6:30am–3:00pm
