What You’ll Do

• Craft and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with care and consistency
• Present and recommend our delicious bakery desserts and pastries to guests
• Accurately handle transactions using the POS system and cash register
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Deliver warm, engaging customer service that creates memorable café experiences
• Assist with light food preparation and ensure products are beautifully displayed
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep service smooth and enjoyable
• Stay curious and continue learning about coffee trends and techniques

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience or a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• A positive attitude and attention to detail
