Job Summary:
As a Barista Store Manager at Coffee Rush, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional Coffee Rush experience to our customers through friendly interactions, handcrafted beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. We are looking for a candidate that is wanting to grow into management over the next three months.

What You’ll Do:

• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting Coffee Rush's culture, values, and mission.
• Arrive on time for shifts and maintain consistent attendance.
• Deliver attentive, cheerful, and timely customer service.
• Learn customer names and drinks.
• Multi-task effectively, performing various tasks within the store during each shift.
• Prepare beverages and food products.
• Maintain a clean environment and adhere to all health codes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and embrace change positively.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Helps employees to engage in the sales and profitability of the store.
• Assists with new employee training and giving encouraging coaching as needed.
• Oversees daily operations, ensures a smooth workflow and motivates team members to deliver the best service possible.
