We are looking for a Manager who will lead a team of baristas and be an integral part of the B/SPOKE and local communities who actively participates in our culture and mission at large. There will be an opportunity to also align with the location in South Boston.

POSITION: PART-TIME to FULL-TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a customer service barista team for B/SPOKE + REIGN Clients, striving to learn both products thoroughly.
• Oversee daily operations, projects, and tasks.
• Create, maintain, update product knowledge of coffee/beverage bar, including opening, closing, and safety procedures.
• Support lead generation, community activation, and recruitment to drive growth of coffee bar.
• Assist with training of new hires.
• Be helpful, efficient, and proactive.
• Be a team player and promote camaraderie.
• Promote and maintain the B/SPOKE + REIGN aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.

• Prior Coffee/Beverage Bar Management Experience

SCHEDULING + EXPECTATIONS

• Have access to reliable transportation.
• Able to work a non-traditional schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays with weekly availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
