Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waiter / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, able to prepare coffee and beverages to standard, and provide a friendly, professional experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints politely
Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
Barista Duties
Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to recipes
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and basic café equipment
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station at all times
Operations & Hygiene
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Keep workstations clean and organized
Assist in restocking supplies and basic inventory checks
Follow company SOPs and supervisor instructions
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter or barista is preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages (training can be provided)
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
Visa 18 transferable (inside Kuwait only)
Ready to join immediately or on short notice
