Barista / Waitress

  • Follow the 5 steps of service standards towards the customer: greet with a smile

when the customer enters the shop, guide them regarding our products/order

system, offer samples when requested, serve the customer, and say thank you for

consuming our products in a warm and polite approach.

  • Prepare all orders as per request adhering to Amorino standards on product quality

& presentation, ensuring an engaging experience for our customers where

execution is in line with company guidelines.

  • Maintain the stock room tidy, organize and clean.
  • Perform all duties assign as per specific shift such as opening shift (Example:

cleaning the displays, turn on the displays, carry the gelato and allocate it for

display as instructed, set up the sinks, clean the utensils left from previous day,

set up all the machines, set up the tables outside and inside the shops), closing

shift (take and carry the gelato from the display, cleaning requested areas, remove

the bins and allocate it in its specific place, leave equipment and utensils according

the store manager instructions).

  • Follow instructions regarding operations Organisation: shifts, orders and inventory

management.

  • Ensure all areas are kept correctly with regards to storage and cleanness.
  • Clean the toilets, freezers or any store area when requested.
  • Continuously maintain a clean and tidy lounge area.
  • To perform any other related duties or special tasks as requested by your Store

Manager in ensuring seamless service and efficiency in running of your section in

the Store.

  • Reporting any maintenance issue regarding equipment/installations to your Store

Manager.

  • To following instructions to ensure that correct par-stock levels are kept across the

goods required.

  • Providing updates to your Store Manager regarding the daily operations in the

stores.

  • Following all Amorino Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conduct yourself as per Amorino Policies and Procedures plus Employee

Handbook and act as a role model in demonstrating behaviors that we expect all

Employees to display.

  • Comply with Amorino Codes of Conduct at all times.
  • Multitask at the level of the role as directed by your Store Manager in pursuit of the

achievement your Amorino store goals.

  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different Viewpoints,

Cultures and Countries, showing respect at all times.

  • Communicate effectively with your team members to collaborate to the effective

run of the store operations.

  • Work with the Store Manager to drive improvements when requested to your

allocated Amorino UK Stores.

  • Assist on the assigned duties when delivery of Amorino products arrived if

requested by the Store Manager

Financial Responsibilities

  • To follow the instructions regarding the allocation of Amorino Resources, ensuring

that are in line with Amorino business guidelines.

  • To keep proper and accurate accounts on daily transactions (i.e bills,

reconciliations) and present it as procedure to your Store Manager/Area Manager.

  • To follow instructions regarding the Monthly Stock procedure where required.
  • To positively participate in the promotion of Sales initiatives within your allocated

Amorino UK Stores to maximise Sales Figures.

Training and Development Responsibilities

  • To attend all Mandatory and relevant Training Courses.
  • To participate in training for new team members in the store when requested.

People

  • To collaborate in a professional and proactive working environment delivering a

high level of commitment.

  • To follow Amorino grooming standards are at an Exceptional Level.
  • To follow all the H2C Gelati Ltd guidelines.
  • Attend all Performance and Probation Reviews.
  • Act as a role model in terms of values, professional ethics and conduct.
  • Communicate with your Store Manager and team members ensuring you are all

aware of relevant information for the smooth run of the Store.

  • Display a pro-active role in terms of Service, Systems, Procedures and Skills.
  • Consistently shows excellent product knowledge.

Health and Safety

  • Follows and demonstrate understanding of procedures relating to Health and

Safety at Work, Food Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.

  • Ensure your Team Leader/Store Manager is informed regarding all Security Incidents.
