Barista/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items with precision and care.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for orders, payments, and refunds.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management during busy hours.
• Engage with customers warmly, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure quick turnaround times and quality presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or bartender is required; familiarity with café or food service environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as square POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Food Handlers and RBS required
