About the Position

We’re looking for a sales star! Energetic, sales-oriented coffee-lovers who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Our farmers markets are in Easton and Doylestown PA & Summit NJ. If you love coffee and enjoy helping customers make the most of their visit, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing
Front of House Cashier & Sales– The basics of the position will be greeting customers, taking their orders for drinks and completing their transactions.

Upsell our Products- Drinks are easy, we want you to shine at guiding every customer through our other offerings and helping them leave with the best products they can use when they are home during the week. Coffee beans, teas, baked goods, canned beverages are just some of what we offer.

Barista- We want our staff to be able to make drinks as well as being skilled at the register. Training is available for the right person. Already have experience? That is a major plus !

Delivering Outstanding Customer Service– Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming experience. We want you to make a connection with the customers that return week after week.

Market Setup & Breakdown– help setup and break down at the market.

Keeping Operations Smooth– Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace to ensure efficiency and quality service.

✔ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
✔ Physically capable– Lift up to 40 lbs solo, team lift up to 80 lbs, and stand for extended periods (entire shift).

THIS POSITION IS FOR SATURDAY ONLY

THE PERSONS HIRED FOR THESE POSITIONS UNDERSTAND THEY WILL BE WORKING EVERY SATURDAY THROUGH THE SEASON.

There are opportunities to pick up additional shifts at our other markets as well as a few weekend Long events

PAY/BENEFITS

Pay commensurate with experience. Base pay of $15/hr plus tips= earning up to $26/hr

End of the year bonus for employees that work through the season, don't miss days and work hard at making our season a success!

The market runs from April through Thanksgiving.

HIRING/INTERVIEW

Qualified candidates will be asked to met us virtually for a fifteen minute video interview.

If selected you’ll be given a “try out” to see how you interact with us, our team and the customers. this is usually one or two markets, paid training.
