Job Opening: Barista – Align Fitness Café (Crystal Plaza, Sharjah)

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join the team at Align Fitness! If you’re passionate about coffee, smoothies, and creating healthy beverages, we’d love to meet you.

Location:

Align Fitness – Crystal Plaza Building, Al Majaz 1, Sharjah

Position:

Barista (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks (coffee, protein shakes, smoothies, teas, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks
• Handle customer orders and payments efficiently
• Restock ingredients and monitor inventory
• Provide excellent customer service to gym members and guests
• Support fitness events with beverage service when needed

Requirements:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee and health-focused drinks
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Friendly attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
