Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team and deliver a memorable coffee experience to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, Food, educating customers about our menu, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter
• Present and explain the drink menu; answer questions about ingredients
• Take customer orders accurately, noting preferences such as blend, dairy, and sweetener
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Serve baked goods such as cookies, pastries, and muffins
• Process transactions (cash and card) efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Restock cups, utensils, and other supplies
• Monitor and report equipment maintenance needs
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Gather and share customer feedback with the team
• Suggest new or promotional items to customers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in costumer service
• Understanding of sanitation and food safety standards
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Strong math skills for cash handling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to anticipate customer preferences
• High school diploma; barista or hospitality training is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.25 - $11.00 per hour
