Barista/Cashier

Overview

Great opportunity to grow with Angel's Cafe. We are looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to learn the in's and out's of our menu and work in our new Foxborough location (opened December '25). The ideal candidates will have a love for coffee and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting as well as with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care.
• Operate the POS system for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, assisting them with their selections.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or as a barista is required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help customers with their needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
