**Job Overview:**

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service. As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, preparing food, handling transactions, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

$17/hour plus generous tips

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company recipes

- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner

- Upsell products and promote specials to increase sales

- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and service

- Ability to work in the kitchen and prepare food menu itmes

**Requirements:**

- Preferred: Experience in the food industry, as a Barista or in a similar role

- Preferred: Proficiency in using Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems

- Strong math skills for cash handling and transactions

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques

- Food handlers card
