Qargo Coffee- Barista/ Cashier

Qargo Coffee is looking for a motivated and energetic Barista/Cashier to join our growing team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional coffee experience and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos.

Greet customers, take orders, and answer menu-related questions.

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness in the work area and clean equipment.

Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.

Assist with food preparation (e.g., sandwiches or pastries).

Upsell additional products or promotions.

Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.

Skills Required:

Time management for multitasking and prioritizing orders.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and blends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Sales and upselling skills.

Basic food preparation skills.

Pay: From $11.75 per hour
