Barista/Cashier

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages as per the standard
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Ensure all food items are fresh and stored properly
• Provide friendly and courteous service to students, staff, and visitors
• Handle requests and complaints professionally
• Maintain a welcoming and respectful attitude at all times
• Follow UAE food safety standards (HACCP / Municipality guidelines)
• Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming
• Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized
• Monitor expiry dates and proper storage of ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Assist in receiving and storing supplies
• Minimize wastage and control costs
• Clean and maintain coffee machines and equipment regularly
• Report any malfunction or maintenance issues immediately

• Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista
• An added advantage, if the candidate is having school or institutional catering experience
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
