Barista/Cashier (Specialty Coffee Bar) No Server Experience Necessary

We're a prestigious specialty coffee shop with locations in Cornelius, Huntersville, Hickory, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Concord, Belmont, Morganton, Denver and Davidson.

We're currently hiring for our newest location located at 1995 Startown Road.

We're seeking Full-Time Barista/Cashier with exceptional customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and a fun-loving attitude. You'll create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers through quick, friendly service, quality products, and a clean store. You'll take orders, prepare drinks and food, and handle payment.

Earn $9/hr. base pay plus tips (min. $15/hr. guaranteed, $15-$17+ with tips). Paid time off is provided to our full-time employees as a benefit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Brew coffee, espresso, lattes, tea, and hot chocolate
• Serve beverages and food consistently
• Enjoy fast-paced environment
• Keep store clean
• Stock work stations and prep work
• Be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
