Barista/Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary
We are seeking tea lovers to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and drinks to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for socialisation, community, tea, and cleanliness to provide excellent service in a fast-paced, cozy café environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following recipes with precise care
- Operate machines and other equipment efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed

Experience:
- Prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
