Easy Young is a modern, design-driven Asian bowl concept built around bold flavor, clean execution, and elevated fast-casual experience. We are developing a beverage program that is visually compelling, operationally efficient, and highly profitable.

We are looking for a Beverage Lead who can execute at speed and help shape the future of our drink menu. This is not a slow café environment - this is high-volume lunch service.

Creative ideas are encouraged. Operational excellence is required.

Core Responsibilities: Beverage Development

• Collaborate with ownership to create seasonal and signature drinks aligned with the Easy Young brand
• Test recipes for flavor balance, scalability, and cost control
• Design drinks that can be executed in under 60-90 seconds during peak rush
• Maintain clear recipe documentation with exact measurements
• Evaluate ingredient sourcing with margin targets in mind

Operational Execution

• Prepare and batch beverages with consistency and precision
• Maintain an immaculate beverage station at all times
• Monitor prep levels to avoid bottlenecks
• Train and support team members on drink builds
• Enforce portion control to protect food cost

Business Performance

• Design beverages that increase average ticket value
• Track sales performance of new launches
• Adjust offerings based on data and guest feedback
• Minimize waste and control inventory

Qualifications

• 2+ year experience in beverage, café, tea, or specialty drink environment
• Strong understanding of flavor pairing and balance
• Fast, organized, and calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented with clean work habits
• Comfortable with direct feedback and iteration
• Understands that creativity must translate into profitability

• Drinks are visually appealing and consistent
• Execution remains fast during peak lunch hours
• Ingredient waste is minimal
• Beverage sales grow as a percentage of total revenue
• Guests begin associating Easy Young with signature drinks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
