Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages.
• Ensure consistent quality in beverage preparation, following our recipes and standards.
• Welcome and engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering personalized recommendations when appropriate.
• Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the condiment station, seating areas, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and respect.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and expand your knowledge of coffee.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
